ADVERTISING RATE INFORMATION

Advertising space may be purchased for the entire season or per issue. Advertising rates are guaranteed for the season. All rates include copy layout according to advertiser specifications. "Whole Season" rate guarantees insertion in all editions. Event cancellations will not effect 'Whole Season" rate.

CASH DISCOUNT:

Cash Discount of 5% on accounts paid in full in advance of publication of first edition.

AD AGENCY DISCOUNT:

All rates above are net to publisher.

SURCHARGES:

Special Position Surcharge of 15% ( Excluding Covers)

BILLING TERMS:

Full payment due within 60 days of initial billing. Monthly billing on unpaid balance. No surcharge for "Installment Payments". Interest charges of 2% per month will be added to past due accounts.

AD PREPARATION SERVICES:

Program Dynamics has a wide variety of graphic instruments and type faces available for ad design. In most cases there are no additional charges for ad preparation services.

AD COPY CHANGES:

A maximum of (1) change of ad copy will be permitted without additional charge. These changes will be made at the mid point of the season at the convenience of the publisher. Additional of specific changes will require additional charge.
